Updates on Phantom Mk2 and Firmware Progress
It has been a minute since I last shared updates about EIT-tek and the progress of development, over the pass couple of weeks I have been experimenting with the current EVAL board I plan on using for the generation of frequencies, analysis, and data gathering. It has definitely been a learning curve, I had to reconfigure a lot of settings on my computer, troubleshoot different COM drivers all to just get a light to blink and a message to be printed to the terminal. However I think the setup is sometimes the hardest part when dealing with new syntax or software, and I am eger to continue working away. I do also want to clarify my use of AI in writing the software for EIT-tek, I have been using AI as a learning tool to understand the syntax for a poorly documented program (CrossCore Embedded Studio), I hope by using AI to learn and not just write the code for me, I will in turn produce better code and learn more from this experience. I have also been working on the Phantom Mk2, I am planning on ordering some soldering flux to assist me in soldering to 316 stainless. Additionally I have also been looking into different electrode shapes for the eventual wearable band, I have not finalized anything, but will update when I do. Attached is a photo of what the Phantom Mk2 looks like now, and the newly assembled ADG726 MUX board. I do plan on using an ADG731 to try and build a board that has 4 32 bit muxes for greater analysis quality, but we will see.
